Mail In Registration Forms
Mail in registration forms may be requested by writing firstname.lastname@example.org. A $15.00 data entry fee will be added to the entry fees for all mail in entries. Your mail in registration will not be processed if it does not include the additional $15.00 data entry fee. There are NO REFUNDS of any registration fees. Please read all the policies on the registration page. You will be asked to agree to all of them as you go through registration.
Transfer Requests From One Race to Another can be accommodated online for the published fees when you go to through the transfer process; as long as there are openings available in the race you wish to be transferred. Changes can also be made at the Lifestyle and Fitness Expo provided spaces are available in the race of your choice. Please pay close attention to any sell out announcements.
If you cannot participate after you have registered, please notify us in writing to email@example.com. We are happy to ship your participant shirt for shipping and handling fees at your request, provided requests are made prior to 3/15/17. Please include your name, street address, gender, age, phone number and T-shirt size in your email. Due to advanced ordering and preparation, we cannot refund your fees.
Entries are Non Transferable
Entries are good only for the year they are intended. Entries are non-transferable from person to person. Thank you for your understanding.
You can register on line through 11:59 p.m on May 5, 2017 (if the races have not sold out prior to this date). After that time, you will need to register at the Lifestyle and Fitness Expo (if there are spots available in the race you want to run). Please pick up your race packets (bib, timing chip, technical shirts, t-shirts) at the Expo on Friday, May 5, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. or Saturday, May 6, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. at the OC Fair and Event Center, 88 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa, 92626.
Please note: Each participant must attend the Lifestyle and Fitness Expo on Friday, May 5, 2017 between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m or Saturday, May 6, 2017 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and show their identification to pick up their own race bib, D-tag timing chip, technical shirt or t-shirt. You also must sign a hard copy of the release waiver at this time. It is encouraged for 5K runners or Combo CRUSH participants to attend the EXPO on Saturday afternoon, to get your bibs and then run the Wahoo's OC 5K. THERE WILL BE NO SUNDAY RACE DAY PACKET PICK-UP!
No Show Expo Fee MUST BE CHOSEN DURING REGISTRATION and is ONLY AVAILABLE THROUGH 3/15/17. If you absolutely cannot make it to the Expo on Friday or Saturday, we can make special arrangements to mail your bib number and timing tag to you approximately one week before the race. This option is ONLY available during the online registration process and CANNOT be changed once you have selected this option or chosen NOT to select it. The fee for this service is a non-refundable $25 and can be added to your cart during your registration purchase. The delivery is only for the bib and timing tag, you will pick-up your shirt and any other items on race day.
A friend or family member may pick up your bib IF AND ONLY IF they have a copy of your driver's license and a signed waiver which can be downloaded here. 2017 Waiver
WHEELCHAIR RULES FOR THE OC MARATHON AND HALF MARATHON
This division is for Push Rim & Hand Cycle participants. AL participants, whether registered for the FULL or HALF marathon, will be required to start just prior to the FULL MARATHON. This is a change from previous years! All athletes will start 2 minutes prior to the FULL at 5:28 A.M.All participants must wear helmets.
