We have a no refund policy that each registrant agrees to during the registration process, see below:

We do have options to rectify the situation as we understand things come up. You can switch your registration to virtual, meaning you can run the race anytime during May and will receive your medal and t-shirt shipped to you. You can also defer your registration to next year, meaning your entry will be reserved and paid for the next race year. The deadline for these is around mid-April.
