EVENT TRANSFERS

DEADLINE FOR ONLINE EVENT TRANSFERS IS FRIDAY, APRIL 17TH, 2026 

(IF THE RACES HAVE NOT SOLD OUT PRIOR TO THIS DATE)

Transfer requests from one race to another can be accommodated online or at the OC Lifestyle & Fitness Expo for the published fees when you go to through the transfer process. This is provided that spaces are available in the race of your choice. Please pay close attention to any sell out announcements. Entries are good only for the year they are intended.

Entries are non-transferable from person to person.

DEFERRALS

DEADLINE FOR DEFERRALS IS FRIDAY, APRIL 17TH, 2026 (subject to change).

If you cannot participate after you have registered, you can defer your registration to next year meaning your entry will be reserved and paid for come 2027. The event you are currently registered for is the event you will be deferred into.

The next race date is May 2nd, 2027.

Due to advanced ordering and preparation, we cannot refund your fees.

Half Marathons 2026

Packet Pick-Up

Each event participant must attend the OC Lifestyle and Fitness Expo on either Friday, May 1, 2026 between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. or Saturday, May 2, 2026 between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and show their identification to pick up their race bib and t-shirt. 

It is encouraged for 5K runners or Combo CRUSH participants to attend the Expo on Saturday afternoon, to get your bibs and then run the OC 5K. 

THERE WILL BE NO SUNDAY RACE DAY PACKET PICK-UP! (Virtual Runners have their race packets shipped)

This race is officially sold out. Please do not purchase a bib from any third-party website, marketplace, or individual claiming to have a bib for sale. The only legitimate way to secure an entry at this time is by joining the official waitlist.

Participants found wearing or using someone else’s bib are in violation of race rules and may be disqualified and barred from participating in future events.
