I Agree To The Terms and Conditions

1. The charity certifies that all statements made on the application are correct and that it is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. 2. I have read and agree to all the terms in the Hoag OC Marathon Charity Program Description. 3. The Charity Partner must commit substantial time and resources to raise money through the Hoag OC Marathon, Hoag OC Half Marathon, and Hoag OC 5K. Charities are primarily responsible for recruiting runners and volunteers. We highly recommend that the charity creates a marketing plan to engage the community. By submitting this application, the Charity Partner agrees to fundraise, recruit runners, and enlist volunteers at the committed level. 4. The Charity Partner must agree to promote the Hoag OC Marathon, Hoag OC Half Marathon, and Hoag OC 5K on their website, using the full name and official logo provided by the Hoag OC Marathon. Charity Partners must maintain a dedicated section on their website for their involvement in the Hoag OC Marathon. Refer to the Hoag OC Marathon by its official title, which may change between now and the race. The Charity Partner may use the official logo and event name in their recruiting, fundraising, and marketing campaigns. 5. The Hoag OC Marathon has partnered with RunSignUp for 2026. Participating Charity Partners are REQUIRED to maintain a RunSignUp fundraising page, even if they use other fundraising platforms.

Runner Rebate Program *

The Hoag OC Marathon has instituted a Runner Rebate program to incentivize runners to fundraise as a part of their 2026 Hoag OC Marathon experience. Please check this box to indicate that you understand the program and agree to its terms and conditions.

1. Runners who choose Charity Runner Option will pay the current registration fee.
2. Once a runner reaches the Charity Threshold the runner fees will be returned to the runner.
3. The Charity agrees to cover the registration fees for its fundraisers who successfully meet the minimum fundraising threshold set by the OC Marathon.
4. Charities will only be invoiced for runners who reach their fundraising threshold and have been refunded. If a runner does not meet their threshold, they will not be refunded, and your organization will not be billed for their registration.

Minimum Fundraising Thresholds + Run for Free Fundraising Fees are listed below: 5K – Minimum $150.00 – Registration Fee: $25.00 Half Marathon – Minimum $350 – Registration Fee: $75.00 Full Marathon – Minimum $500 – Registration Fee: $85.00 Combo Crush Half Marathon – Minimum $500 – Registration Fee $100.00 Combo Crush Full Marathon – Minimum $650 – Registration Fee $110.00
